Comment Policy

Intelligent Fly likes a lively comment section. Bring your opinions, your questions, your corrections, your weird theories, and your sense of humor. You do not have to agree with us, Buzz, Flick, or anybody else in the room.

What we do ask is that you don’t make the place miserable for everyone else.

Comments may be removed if they contain spam, threats, harassment, private or identifying information about another person, impersonation, illegal material, deliberately disruptive trolling, or repeated off-topic nonsense. We may also remove comments that exist primarily to advertise or promote unrelated products, websites, or services.

Disagreement is fine. Strong disagreement is fine. Being funny, sarcastic, skeptical, or downright unimpressed is fine. Attacking an argument is one thing; turning the comment section into a personal vendetta is another.

New commenters may be held for moderation before their comments appear. Posting a comment does not guarantee that it will be published, and Intelligent Fly reserves the right to remove comments, close a discussion, or limit participation when necessary to keep the conversation usable.

Comments belong to the people who post them and do not necessarily reflect the views of Intelligent Fly, Blush & Ink™, Blush & Inc LLC, Buzz, Flick, or anyone affiliated with the publication.

In short: bring opinions, bring receipts, bring your sense of humor. Don’t bring spam, threats, private information, or anything that wrecks the party for everybody else.
